The products sold via eurotehnica.ro are part of customized projects that include delivery and installation. Therefore:

  • Product returns are not accepted;

  • The client has the right to withdraw from the contract within 48 hours of signing, only with the written agreement of both parties.

After this period, orders become final and cannot be canceled.
